The International Ethnobotany Exhibition and Forum is designed as an international platform for presenting plant-based products, natural raw materials, traditional knowledge, scientific approaches, and innovative solutions. The event connects academic knowledge with production experience and supports practical cooperation between universities, companies, public institutions, and international partners.
Ethnobotany studies people’s traditional knowledge of plants, their practices of use, and the application of this knowledge in the processing and production of food, beverages, oils, medicinal products, cosmetics, and other plant-based goods.
The main purpose of the event is to bring together plant-based products, traditional knowledge, biocultural heritage, education, research, and innovation within a single platform.
The event aims to establish sustainable cooperation between universities and manufacturing enterprises; develop joint projects on product development, processing, quality, and applied solutions; support students and young researchers through direct contact with real production environments; and bring university research outcomes closer to practical application.
The Forum and Exhibition will contribute to the presentation of countries’ natural products, biocultural heritage, scientific capacity, and manufacturing potential. It will also create new opportunities for partnerships, distributorships, market access, applied projects, and student engagement.
